Mix the kit with water and apply COOL with a paint roller. (Note: Add 1 gallon acrylic paint to color the coating to enhance your pool area.) Dry for 30 minutes and apply a second coat of COOL. Apply our SealBack treatment to make everything almost completely permanent.
